4 pork chops per pack. Each pork chop is approximately 8 oz.
To prepare: Make slits in the edge of each chop to prevent curling. Add a small amount of water to frying pan, cover and steam for 10 minutes, drain water and brown both sides. Enjoy!

Smoked Pork Chops
I purchased the smoked pork chops along with several pounds of the smoked sausage. The chops were fantastic and the sausage was flavorful and lean. The casing on the sausage was thin, which to me if too thick takes away from the enjoyment of the meat. The smoked pork chops were fork tender, I cut mine with a knife and it went through it like it was butter. The smoke flavor did not over take the taste of the pork. Can’t wait to back on Hwy 78. PS My wife loved the other parts of the store and bought several vases and hanging pictures.
