Made with the whole hog, the same way we have done it since 1964. Responsibly raised pork from regional farms, made up in small batches by our own butchers.

We ship our sausage, beef jerky, and Southern specialty foods nationwide from our USDA plant. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday ship the same or next business day. We do not ship Friday through Sunday so nothing sits in a distribution warehouse over the weekend.
Every cold shipment includes insulated packaging and enough dry ice or gel packs to keep your order cold through a two-day transit. Delivery typically runs 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
