Our Shipping Policy
To guarantee delivery, all shipments must be pre-paid with a complete and correct street address. Due to UPS regulations, Stripling’s General Store cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and ships within the continental United States only. APO/FPO addresses can receive non-perishable products only. We use the most effective delivery services available to make sure your order arrives on time.
With our standard delivery service, we generally ship the next business day, and orders arrive in 7–10 business days to most locations. This excludes refrigerated items. Once your product leaves our shipping dock, you will receive an email confirmation.
Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates
- Ground: Orders must be placed no later than December 10
- 2nd Day Air: Orders must be placed no later than December 18
- Next Day Air: Orders must be placed no later than December 20
Shipping Rates
- Orders containing only jerky (beef or pork): $10 flat rate
- Orders containing jerky and non-perishable products: Shipped at the UPS Ground rate using the table below, unless a faster shipping method is chosen.
- Orders containing perishable products (refrigerated): May be shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Shipping method is determined by the shipping address. See Refrigerated Shipping below.

Refrigerated Shipping
To get perishable items to you promptly and safely, we use UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery at a higher cost than standard shipping for states shown in gray. States in teal are available to ship via UPS Ground. Holiday cut-off dates may apply.
- Sausage, Stuffed Pork Chops, BBQ, Bacon, Brunswick Stew, and Steak ship Mondays through Wednesdays only.
- Orders placed Wednesday after 11 a.m. through the weekend ship the following Monday.
- Sausage, BBQ, Bacon, Brunswick Stew, and Steak should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. These products arrive partially to fully thawed depending on shipping conditions, and we guarantee they will be cool to the touch.
