Store Manager
Full-Time
Location: Cordele
Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing the daily operations of one of our stores. We're looking for an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, driving results, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing store team members
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Managing inventory and merchandising
- Maintaining operational and food safety standards
- Hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Driving sales and profitability
- Monitoring store performance and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Kitchen Team

- Greeting customers
- Processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean checkout area
- Assisting customers throughout the store
- Supporting fellow team members
Butcher / Meat Cutter

At Stripling's, our meat department is the heart of what we do. Whether you're an experienced butcher or interested in learning the trade, we're looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Cutting and preparing fresh meats
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Assisting customers with product recommendations
- Stocking and merchandising the meat department
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
Experience is welcomed, but we also offer hands-on training for motivated individuals who want to learn.
