What is the minimum order?

Our corporate gifting program starts at 5 recipients. There is no maximum. We have handled orders from small teams of 5 to large sends of 500+ recipients.

How much lead time do you need?

Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of approval. For large sends or custom boxes, plan on 10 to 14 days. For the holiday season (November and December), give us 2 to 3 weeks of lead time.

Can we customize the gift boxes?

Yes. Every order can include a mix of products, and we can swap items across recipients. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dietary-restricted options are available on request.

Can we include a personalized message for each recipient?

Yes. Include a message for each name on your list. We print them on a branded card and pack it with the order.

How does shipping work?

One invoice, multiple shipments. We ship refrigerated from our USDA-inspected Moultrie facility to every address on your list. Tracking numbers come to you, not the recipient, so the gift stays a surprise.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major credit cards for standard orders
  • ACH and wire transfers for larger sends
  • Net 30 terms for qualified businesses, just ask when you submit your inquiry
Can we ship internationally?

US addresses only for now. We are working on Canada and will announce when that is live.

Do you offer custom branding?

Yes. We can:

  • Add your logo to the shipping box
  • Include a branded insert card
  • Co-design a custom gift box for your brand
