Serving Instructions:
Ready to serve: Enjoy cold or at room temperature for maximum flavor
Heat to serve: Warm at 250°F for approximately 13 minutes per pound. Apply additional glaze during heating for extra sweetness and flavor

Whole hogs, broken down by our own butchers, ground and seasoned within hours using the hot-boning process that preserves the flavor most modern sausage never gets to keep. We ship our sausage, beef jerky, and Southern specialty foods nationwide from our Moultrie USDA facility. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday ship the same or next business day. We do not ship Friday through Sunday so nothing sits in a distribution warehouse over the weekend.
Every cold shipment includes insulated packaging and enough dry ice or gel packs to keep your order cold through a two-day transit. Delivery typically runs 2 to 4 business days after shipment. Free shipping on orders over $75.
