Made with the whole hog, not just the trimmings. That is why it holds together in the pan and tastes like pork rather than tasting like seasoning. Plenty have tried to copy it over the years, and none of them got there.
Responsibly raised pork from regional farms, made up in small batches by our own butchers. No artificial colors, preservatives or flavors.
Bulk sausage, or pan sausage as we call it around here. Breakfast first, then casseroles, dressing at Thanksgiving, and gravy for the biscuits.

We ship our sausage, beef jerky, and Southern specialty foods nationwide from our USDA plant. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday ship the same or next business day. We do not ship Friday through Sunday so nothing sits in a distribution warehouse over the weekend.
Every cold shipment includes insulated packaging and enough dry ice or gel packs to keep your order cold through a two-day transit. Delivery typically runs 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

Sausage, Stuffed Pork Chops, BBQ, Bacon, Brunswick Stew, and Steak ship Mondays through Wednesdays only. Orders placed Wednesday after 11 a.m. through the weekend ship the following Monday.
