You get two (2) chops stuffed with Stripling's Sausage these tender boneless pork chops (a.k.a. boneless pork loin) are divine! Grilled or baked Stripling's Sausage Stuffed Pork Chops are perfect everytime. Available with mild or medium sausage. Directions: Brown in 350 deg F oven or on grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Then wrap the chops in foil and continue to cook for an additional 15 minutes, making sure internal temperature reaches 160 deg F.
