I always want to keep some on hand.
Medium work great for me. Hot is a challenge and will bring a tear of joy. Best for me if used in a sauce (no other hot seasoning required!). Very fine

Fresh Pan Sausage
The fresh pan sausage is delicious. I don't live near a Stripling's General Store so I have it shipped to my home. I am always impressed with the way things are packaged for shipping.
