Stripling’s Fresh Links offer a delicious way to enjoy authentic Southern sausage, carefully stuffed into natural hog casings. Unlike tougher synthetic casings, our fresh links have a true artisanal texture. Each package contains 2 lbs (32 oz) of flavorful sausage.

Sausage
First I can say we have been eating your sausage for 20 years plus and love it. Used to buy it in Blackshear and later Moultrie...as well as on line. If I had to ding it at all it is the casings. They are chewy and sometimes tough. I grill eat, smoke and cook in cast iron skillet with bacon grease to try and soften the skin.. Works to a degree. Still the best out there and I have tried em all.
