It is the most valued tender cut of beef and is prized for its uniqueness. Because it is low in fat, this fillet is often served with bacon wrapped around it, giving an even richer taste.

We ship our sausage, beef jerky, and Southern specialty foods nationwide from our USDA plant. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday ship the same or next business day. We do not ship Friday through Sunday so nothing sits in a distribution warehouse over the weekend.
Every cold shipment includes insulated packaging and enough dry ice or gel packs to keep your order cold through a two-day transit. Delivery typically runs 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
