We added beef jerky as a new custom product in 1995. The secret to our jerky is very lean cuts of beef seasoned to perfection! We cut and hang each piece by hand before sending it into the smoker. The results are a low-fat, mouth-watering treat that has become a favorite for many.

All three flavors of beef jerky are great and extremely addicting. It’s a toss up between the hickory or the jalapeño being my favorite; however, the original should not be overlooked. The Jalapeño has a great balance of flavor and heat. The hickory has a natural smoke flavor, not the faux liquid smoke attempt. The original has a mild more traditional beef jerky taste. If you enjoy beef jerky, you will not be dissatisfied if you start with a pound of each. The smaller packs when ordering a pound is also nice as you can eat one pack and have a few packs for another day.
My husband says “I don’t know if a better beef jerky!” Phenomenal!
