Georgia Peach Chipotle Sauce

Peach Chipotle Country Ribs
- 3 lbs. country style pork ribs
- 1/2 c. peach chipotle sauce
- 1/2 peach syrup
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. each paprika, garlic powder, ground cinnamon
Place ribs in a large dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain. Place ribs in a greased pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour half over ribs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Baste often with remaining sauce.
