Reheating Cooking Instructions

SMOKED TURKEYS & HAMS

  1. Leave Turkey/Ham in pan, add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan and cover with foil. 
  2. Set the oven on 325 for 1 ½- 2 hours and bake.
  3. Make sure the thickest part of the meat reaches 145 degrees F.

GREEN BEANS

  1. Pour green beans into pot. 
  2. Place pot on eye set at medium heat. 
  3. Heat until they are at your desired temperature.

DRESSING

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Keep frozen. Do not thaw.
  3. Remove lid. Bake 65-75 minutes.

DUTCH CRUST SWEET POTATO

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Keep frozen. Do not thaw
  2. Remove lid. Bake 65-75 minutes until topping is crispy but not burned. 
  3. Let sit for 5 mins.

COLLARD GREENS

  1. Pour collards into pot. 
  2. Place pot onto pot set to medium heat. 
  3. Heat until your desired temperature.

MAC AND CHEESE

Keep Frozen. Do not thaw.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Remove lid and cook uncovered in center of oven for 60-70 minutes. 
  3. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 deg. F.
