Cherry Sweet Fire 16oz

Our original sweetfire recipe enhanced with Marichino cherries.

Grilled Stuffed Duck

  • Clean, prepared ducks
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Stripling’s Cherry Sweet Fire, drained*
  • Uncooked Bacon
  • Olive oil


Start grill; allow coals to burn down. Brush ducks with olive oil. Stuff cavity of each duck with mixture of onion, celery, and Stripling’s Cherry Sweet Fire. Wrap bacon around each duck, if necessary using toothpicks or other tool to keep in place. Close grill and cook long enough so that both bacon and duck meat are sufficiently grilled. *1 (16 ounce) jar of Stripling’s Cherry Sweet Fire will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for snacking or other uses!
