Sometimes you crave barbeque, but also have a hankering for burgers. With this recipe (below), you can have it both ways. Stripling’s Barbeque Seasoning gets worked into the meat patties during preparation, and it gives superiority above and beyond what the Worcestershire and garlic offer. If you really wanted to take things a step further, you could use one of our barbeque sauces in place of the predictable ketchup, mustard, or mayo should you eat your burger on a bun.
Burgers with a Kick
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 individual cloves of garlic, diced
- 4 tsp. Stripling’s Barbeque Seasoning*
Combine all 6 ingredients well and shape into patties. Cook either by pan-frying or over a hot grill to desired level of doneness. Serve with or without buns, depending on accompanying meal items. *1 large container of Stripling’s Barbeque Seasoning will meet the recipe requirement and leave a hearty amount remaining for other uses!
