Our Shipping Policy
To guarantee delivery all shipments must be pre-paid and have a complete, correct street address. Due to UPS regulations, Stripling’s General Store cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and currently only able to ship within the continental United States of America. (APO/FPO addresses are exceptions but can only receive non-perishable products). We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time.
With our standard delivery service, we generally ship the next business day, and orders arrive in 7-10 business days to most locations. (This statement excludes the shipment of refrigerated items.) Once your product has left our shipping docks, Stripling’s General Store will confirm, by email, your order.
Note: Please don’t be concerned if you don’t receive all the items you ordered in one shipment. To take advantage of shipping efficiencies, we sometimes ship items separately.
Christmas Shipping Cut-off Dates

Ground: Orders must be placed no later than December 10th
- 2nd Day Air: Orders must be placed no later than December 18th
- Next Day Air: Orders must be placed on later than December 19th
Shipping Rates

An order containing only jerky (beef or pork) is shipped at $5 flat rate

Orders containing jerky and non-perishable products are shipped at the UPS Ground rate calculated using the table below, unless a faster shipping method is chosen.
- Orders containing perishable products (refrigerated) may be shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Shipping method is determined by the shipping address. See section Refrigerated Shipping below.

To get perishable items to you promptly and safely, we must use UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery at a higher cost than standard shipping for states shown on the map in gray. States that are shaded teal are available to ship to via UPS Ground. (Please see holiday cut-off dates for exceptions.)

Sausage, Stuffed Pork Chops, BBQ, Bacon, Brunswick Stew, and Steak are shipped Mondays through Wednesdays only.

Orders placed Wednesday after 11a.m. through the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Sausage, BBQ, Bacon, Brunswick Stew, and Steak should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. All of our Sausage, BBQ, Bacon, and Brunswick Stew, and Steak arrives partially to fully thawed. Of course, a number of factors affect how the package arrives, but we guarantee that the products will be cool to the touch.
